Really good Team, Excellent Hotel

The staff showed superb professionalism. The front of house team greeted our guests, directing them efficiently. The back of house team assisted with removing tables. The team's politeness was very helpful. The room was roomy and very nice. A table in the jazz bar was reserved for my birthday. I found this a wonderful experience. Jake, the concierge, was fantastic and helpful. He answered many questions I had. I felt I made a new friend.

Nicole checked me in with professionalism and kindness. Erin at the front desk was helpful. Loris, the concierge, offered excellent directions, and he was knowledgeable and gracious, always ready to help.

The chef provided fabulous dishes, impressing me with the food's quality. There were many teas to choose from. Warm chocolate scones were a creative surprise. Breakfast tasted delicious too.

The staff displayed genuine friendliness throughout the hotel. from check-in to breakfast, they made everything effortless. the service stood out . Nothing was too much to ask. bravo to everyone involved (especially joseph who helped find the pharmacy!).
the selection of teas wasn't enough, and i thought they were not beautifully arranged.

The hotel location proved convenient for nearby attractions.
The bathroom was oddly small, and turning around was surprisingly difficult. It felt cramped. the absence of a fridge in the room was a significant inconvenience, especially considering my need for one for medical reasons.

the staff showed kindness when i checked in because i was experiencing travel sickness. They brought me ginger ale. francisco was the best. He assisted us with the gin tasting. the staff was helpful, and the hotel has a beautiful location.

the location is convenientright around the corner from many attractions. nearby tube stations offered quick transport when i preferred not to walk. the staff was always friendly and helpful. i really appreciated the small details , made a big difference.
